1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Isles of Scilly (Functions) (Review and Scrutiny) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st April 2013.
(2) In this Order—
“the 2000 Act” means the Local Government Act 2000(1);
“the 2012 Regulations” means the Local Authorities (Committee System) (England) Regulations 2012(2).
