Work No. 2 must not be commercially operated until a written scheme for the management and mitigation of dust emissions has been submitted to and approved in writing by Central Bedfordshire Council.

The approved scheme for the management and mitigation of dust emissions must be implemented and maintained for the duration of the operation of the authorised development.
