Amendments to the Climate Change Levy (General) Regulations 2001

12.  In paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 (the CHP relief condition)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (b), for “, 17(3) or 17(4)” substitute “17(1A)”;

(b) omit sub-paragraph (c).
