Action by the Secretary of State on failure to comply with enforcement or prohibition notices32
Where a person fails to comply with an enforcement notice or prohibition notice, the Secretary of State may—
a
do what that person was required to do; and
b
recover from that person any expenses reasonably incurred in doing so.
