Article 3(2)(b)
The whole of the area of The County Council of Durham except—
(a)the A1M for its entire length within the area including its slip roads and circulatory carriageways at junctions 59, 60, 61, 62 and 63;
(b)the A19 between the boundary with Hartlepool Borough Council at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point NZ4437233949, and the boundary with Sunderland City Council at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point NZ3981150452, including its on and off slip roads; and
(c)the A66 between the boundary with The North Yorkshire County Council at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point NZ1295510270 and the boundary with Cumbria County Council at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point NY8951512375, including its on and off slip roads at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point NY9959613755.
