This Order gives effect in specified Overseas Territories to sanctions in respect of Ukraine applied by the European Union in Council Decision 2014/145/CFSP.

The Order freezes in the specified Overseas Territories the assets of persons who have been identified as responsible for actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and natural or legal persons, entities or bodies associated with them.
