““anonymous entry” has the same meaning as in the Representation of the People Act 1983 (see section 202(1) of that Act);”.

The list referred to in paragraph (3) shall identify any person who has an anonymous entry in the register of electors.”; and

The Divisional Jurors list shall identify any person who has an anonymous entry in the register of electors.”.

The panel shall identify any person who has an anonymous entry in the register of electors.”.

“Anonymous elector information” means the name, address, date of birth or national insurance number of a person who is identified as having an anonymous entry in the register of electors on the Divisional Jurors List or on any panel prepared under Article 5, where such information was obtained as a result of its inclusion in the Divisional Jurors List or the panel prepared under Article 5.”.
