The Welfare of Animals at the Time of Killing (Revocation) Regulations 2014

The Secretary of State is designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Union2 and makes these Regulations in exercise of those powers, and the powers conferred by paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to that Act, and with the consent of the Treasury under section 56(1) of the Finance Act 19733.
