1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Order 2014.
(2) This Order, except for article 6 (amendment to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001), comes into force on [F116th June] 2014.
(3) Article 6 comes into force on [F222nd July] 2014.
