These Regulations may be cited as the Individual Savings Account (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st July 2014.

Regulations 5(b), 14(n) and 15(a) and (b) only have effect in respect of investments purchased or made on or after 1st July 2014.
