The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 20103 is amended in accordance with the following provision.

In the notification set out in Schedule 6 (notification where planning permission refused or granted subject to conditions) after the fourth bullet point insert a new bullet point—
As this is a decision to refuse planning permission on a minor commercial application, if you want to appeal against your local planning authority’s decision then you must do so within 12 weeks of the date of this notice.*
