These Regulations make consequential and other minor amendments to primary and secondary legislation arising out of the implementation of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (“the Convention”).

Amendment to the Employment Rights Act 19963
In section 199(1) of the Employment Rights Act 19967, at the end insert “or an agreement specified in regulations under section 32(a) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995”8.
