In section 143(4)(a) (regulations for building near dangerous businesses) of the London Building Act 1930(1) for “licence is in force under the provisions of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act 1928” substitute “storage certificate or licence is in force under the provisions of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Regulations 2014”.E+W+S
