6. A desensitised explosive which is—U.K.
(a)a medicinal product as defined in regulation 2 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 M1; or
(b)a veterinary medicinal product as defined in regulation 2 of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013 M2.
