There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Pensions Act 2011 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplementary Provisions) Regulations 2014, Section 28.
28.—(1) Regulation 4 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Revaluation) Regulations 1991 (hybrid benefits)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (2), substitute—
“(2) In this regulation, “hybrid benefit” means a benefit the rate or amount of which is calculated by reference to the greatest, or smallest, of two or more benefits.”.
