EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order consolidates all previous statutory instruments made under section 34(1) of the Act.
In addition, it increases some of the fees payable from 1st September 2014 in relation to the registration of civil partnerships. The Order specifies the amount of the fee, both before and after the 1st September 2014, and to whom it is payable.
An impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
