In paragraph 13 (records and lists kept under regulations 8, 9 and 11), after sub-paragraph (2) insert—

“(2A)

The registration officer must not make available for inspection under sub-paragraph (2) a copy of any record relating to—

(a)

a person who has an anonymous entry, or

(b)

the proxy of a person who has an anonymous entry.”.
