If the statement states that the candidate’s election agent has seen a certificate of anonymous registration issued pursuant to regulation 53D of the 2008 Regulations40, regulation 45G of the Representation of the People (England and Wales) Regulations 200141, regulation 45F of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 200142, or the equivalent provision forming part of the law of Gibraltar, which is evidence that an individual donor has an anonymous entry in an electoral register, the statement must be accompanied by a copy of that certificate of anonymous registration.”.
