Amendment of the Representation of the People (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2008

22.  In regulation 72 (persons entitled to be present at proceedings on issue and receipt of postal ballot papers)(1), after paragraph (1) insert—

“(2) Sub-paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) of paragraph (1) do not apply to proceedings on issue or receipt of tendered postal ballot papers under rule 40ZA of the elections rules(2).”.
