In regulation 91 (forwarding of documents), in paragraph (1)—
a
in sub-paragraph (a), after “81(5)” insert “, 81A(11)”;
b
at the end of sub-paragraph (a) omit “and”; and
c
after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

the list of spoilt ballot papers and the list of tendered postal ballot papers; and
