The Business Rate Supplements Act 2009 (Commencement No.2) (England) Order 2014

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(2) of the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009(1), makes the following Order:

Citation and application

1.  This Order, which applies in relation to England only, may be cited as the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009 (Commencement No.2) (England) Order 2014.

Commencement of the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009

2.  Section 16(5) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009, so far as they confer power on the Secretary of State to make regulations, come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
