These Regulations amend the National Curriculum (Exceptions for First, Second, Third and Fourth Key Stages) (England) Regulations 2013 which make provision for: (a) the National Curriculum to be disapplied, with exceptions, for all key stages for the school year 2013 to 2014 and (b) the programmes of study for the core subjects to be disapplied for the fourth key stage for the school year 2014 to 2015.
These Regulations provide for the programmes of study for the core subjects of English and mathematics to be disapplied for year 11 pupils for the school year 2015 to 2016.
