Compulsory acquisition of land23

The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised project or to facilitate, or is incidental to, it.

This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 25 (compulsory acquisition of rights) and paragraph (8) of article 31 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised project).
