The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 51A(2)(a) and (c), (3)(b) and (5), 51B(2), 51D(4), 61A(2)(a) and (c), (3)(b) and (5), 61B(2), 61E(4), 83A(1) and (2), 84A(1) and (3), 89, 92(3) and 104(2) of the Childcare Act 2006 M1 .
