The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(1A), (3), (4A) and (8), 20(2), (3) and (4), 21(3), 24, 25, 34(5), 35(4) and (5), 36(4) and (5), and 210(7) of the Education Act 20021.
