The Immigration and Nationality (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2014

Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Order with the consent of the Treasury1, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 51(1) and (2) and 52(1) and (3) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 20062.
In accordance with section 52(4)(b) of that Act a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
