3. The following provisions of the 2014 Act come into force on 1st September 2014 in relation to England and Wales—
(a)section 133(3) (consultation about regulations: England and Wales);
(b)section 181(1) (amendments), insofar as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 11 specified in sub-paragraph (c);
(c)in Schedule 11 (minor and consequential amendments), paragraph 102, in relation to the repeal relating to the Police Act 1996(1).
