This Order brings into force various provisions of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“the 2014 Act”) on 1st September 2014.
Article 2 brings into force provisions relating to child sexual exploitation at hotels; it also brings into force provisions relating to review bodies for police remuneration.
Article 3 brings into force further provisions relating to review bodies for police remuneration in relation to England and Wales.
Article 4 brings into force further provisions relating to review bodies for police remuneration in relation to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
The commencement of the provisions relating to review bodies for police remuneration will mean that the Police Negotiating Board is abolished in England and Wales and Northern Ireland, and replaced by the Police Remuneration Review Body.
