These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2014.

This regulation and regulation 2 come into force on 31st March 2014.

Regulations 3 and 4 come into force—
a
in relation to any case where rent is payable at intervals of a week or any multiple of a week, on 7th April 2014; or
b
in relation to any other case, on 1st April 2014.
