The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 79(c) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992(1).
1992 c. 13. For the definition of “prescribed” see section 90(5) of that Act and section 579(1) of the Education Act 1996 (c. 56).
