The Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions (Arrangements, Reconstructions and Administration) Order 2014

2.  In this Schedule— U.K.

(a) a reference to the FCA is a reference to the FCA in its capacity as the authority responsible for the registration of a relevant society under [F1 the 2014 Act]; and

(b) a reference to the society's regulator—

(i) in relation to a relevant society which is or has been a PRA-authorised person (within the meaning given in section 2B(5) of FSMA), is a reference to—

(aa) the FCA in its capacity as regulator (within the meaning given in section 3A of FSMA M1 ) of the society; and

(bb) the Prudential Regulation Authority;

(ii) in relation to any other relevant society which is or has been an authorised person, to the FCA in its capacity as regulator of the society.
