9.  In Rule 2.16 (notice of appointment), in paragraph (5)(b) the reference to the date on which the floating charge was registered is a reference to the date on which—

(a)the FCA [F1gave an acknowledgement under section 59(4) of the 2014 Act] (charges on assets of English and Welsh societies) of the application for the recording of the charge made in accordance with [F2section 59(3)] of that Act; or

(b)the debenture creating the charge was registered under section 9 of the Agricultural Credits Act 1928 M1 as applied by section 14 of that Act.
