Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 U.K.

2.—(1) Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013(1) is amended as follows

(2) In the appropriate places, insert the following—

(a) “Ainsdale”;

(b) “Allonby”;

(c) “Crinnis”;

(d) “Henleaze Lake”;

(e) “Shoreham Beach”;

(f) “Shorthorn”;

(g) “Southsea East”.

(3) Omit the following—

(a) “Askam-in-Furness”;

(b) “Crinnis Golf Links”;

(c) “Crinnis Leisure Centre”;

(d) “Roan Head”

(e) “Southsea”.
