With respect to paragraph (2) of Requirement 13, such approval may only be given in relation to immaterial changes where it has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the relevant planning authority that the approval is unlikely to give rise to any materially new or materially different effects from construction or maintenance activities taking place on the days and hours set out in those clauses.
