omit the “or” after sub-paragraph (b)(i);

for the “and” after sub-paragraph (b)(ii) substitute “or”;
c
after sub-paragraph (b)(ii) insert—

paragraph 4 of Part 3 of that Schedule, the operator is registered in relation to the activity; and
