4. In regulation 20(5)(1)—
(a)omit the “or” after sub-paragraph (a);
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“; or
(c)the regulator, on its own initiative, varies an environmental permit, or any condition of a permit, in consequence of a transfer or partial transfer of an environmental permit under regulation 21”.
