Amendment of Regulations

2.  The Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Tachograph Card Fees) Regulations 2005(1) are amended as follows—

(a) in the table in Schedule 1 (Driver Card Fees) for “£38” substitute “£32”;

(b) in the table in Schedule 2 (Company Card Fees) for “£38” substitute “£32”.
