Development consent etc granted by the Order3

Subject to the provisions of this Order and to the Requirements, in Part 3 of Schedule 1, the undertaker is granted—
a
development consent for the authorised development, in Part 1 of Schedule 1; and
b
consent for the ancillary works, in Part 2 of Schedule 1,
to be carried out within the Order limits.

Subject to the Requirements, the works comprised in the authorised development may be constructed anywhere within the Order limits.
