3.—(1) For each reference to “COBISEC” substitute “ COBIS ” in—

(a) regulation 13(3)(c), and

(b) paragraphs 3 and 25 of Schedule 2.

(2) In Schedule 1—

(a) for the expression “COBISEC” substitute “ COBIS ”, and

(b) in the meaning “the Council of British Independent Schools in the European Communities” omit “in the European Communities”.
