Amendment to paragraph 1 (Interpretation) of Schedule 3 (Transitional provisions)32
In paragraph 1 of Schedule 3—
a
omit the definition of “existing scheme rules”; and
b
in the definition of “transition date”, in both sub-paragraphs (a) and (b), for “an existing scheme” substitute “the existing scheme”.
