Transitional and saving provision

10.  The persons referred to in article 9 are—

(a)a person (“P1”) who becomes a foreign criminal within the definition in section 117D(2) of the 2002 Act(1) on or after 20th October 2014; and

(b)a person who is liable to deportation from the United Kingdom under section 3(5)(b) of the 1971 Act(2) because they belong to the family of P1.
