The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of, and paragraph 2(9) of Schedule 4 to, the Local Audit and Accountability Act 20141;

In accordance with section 43(3) and (4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
