Persons to be treated as sight-impaired or severely sight-impaired2.

(1)

For the purposes of section 77 of the Care Act 2014, a person is to be treated as being sight-impaired if the person is certified as such by a consultant ophthalmologist.

(2)

For the purposes of that section, a person is to be treated as being severely sight-impaired if the person is certified as such by a consultant ophthalmologist.
