44. The undertaker is deemed to be granted a licence under Part 4 (marine licences) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009(1) to carry out the works described in Schedule 8 (deemed marine licence), subject to the provisions set out in that Schedule, which are to be treated as licence conditions.
