These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into force on 10th January 2015.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

An amendment, repeal or revocation made by these Regulations has the same extent as the enactment amended, repealed or revoked.
