5.—(1) A complaint made in relation to the Authority under the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993 to the Health Service Commissioner(1) whether made before, on or after the transfer date, may be investigated by the Commissioner, notwithstanding the abolition of the Authority, as if it had been made in relation to the HRA.
(2) The Commissioner must send a copy of the report of the investigation referred to in paragraph (1) to the HRA.
