After paragraph 1 of Schedule 7, insert—

“Interpretation1A.

For the purpose of paragraphs (2) to (9) of this Schedule, “aviation activity” means an activity listed in the table in Annex I to the Directive under the section titled ‘Aviation’, but—

(a)

excluding the activities listed under points (a) to (j) of that section, and

(b)

disapplying the exclusion in point (k) of that section.”.
