Information disclosed under article 4(1), (3) or (4) may not be further disclosed to any person except—
a
in accordance with this Order; or
b
for the purposes of any civil or criminal proceedings.

A person who discloses information in breach of paragraph (1) is guilty of an offence and liable—
a
on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to a fine, or to both; and
b
on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months, or to a fine, or to both5.

The fine referred to in paragraph (2)(b) is a fine—
a
not exceeding the statutory maximum, where on the day on which this Order is made, section 85(2) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 20126 is not in force, or
b
of any amount, where on that day that provision is in force.
