EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order is the sixth(1) commencement order made under the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (c. 32). It brings into force section 90 of, and Schedule 4 to, that Act.
Schedule 4 amends the Terrorism Act 2000 (c. 11) to implement the Framework Decision(2) on the execution in the European Union of orders freezing property or evidence adopted by the Council of the European Union on 22nd July 2003 in relation to terrorist property.
