Amendment to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005

4.  The Schedule to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005(1) is amended as follows—

(a) omit “Bromsgrove and Redditch”;

(b) omit “Kidderminster”;

(c) omit “South Worcestershire”;

(d) omit “South Ribble”;

(e) omit “High Peak”;

(f) omit “North East Derbyshire and Dales”;

(g) omit “Telford and South Shropshire”

(h) after “Wirral” insert “Worcestershire”;

(i) for “Preston” substitute “Preston and South Ribble”;

(j) after “North Cumbria” insert “Northern Derbyshire”;

(k) for “Shrewsbury and North Shropshire” substitute “Shropshire”.
